\"null\"<\/div><\/div>[vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1703150026429{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”]ARANIA S.A.U, part of the GRUPO ARANIA,<\/em><\/strong> has announced today the acquisition of thyssenkrupp Materials Services\u2019 subsidiary thyssenkrupp Materials Processing Lamincer S.A.U<\/em><\/strong>., located in Mungia, Spain. The signing of the purchase agreement and the closing of the transaction have taken place on 20th<\/sup> December in Bilbao. Both parties have decided not to disclose the financial details of the transaction.<\/p>\n

Through this acquisition ARANIA further establishes its leadership in the south of Europe as a precision cold roller and supports its ongoing growth strategy. \u201cThis acquisition is a consistent step in our strategic plan, where we aim to continue with our sustainable growth as partner choice with excellent product quality as well as outstanding service and flexibility\u201d, says Carmelo Bilbao, Vicepresident of GRUPO ARANIA.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The newly named LAMINCER PRECISION STEEL<\/em><\/strong> was founded in 1986 and, after an initial minority stake, has been part of today\u2019s thyssenkrupp Materials Processing Europe, an operating unit of thyssenkrupp Materials Services, since October 2009. Today with 75 employees, the site has capacity for around 40,000 metric tons per year and specializes in carbon cold-rolled strip, structural steel and micro-alloyed materials.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”12px”]
